Skin Care Regimen

On the flip side, there are people who spend extreme amounts of time focusing on their face. Some people that I talk to simply do not know what they should do to get the skin that they want. (If you want to learn more about what this stuff means, check out my post Skin Care Products 101)

Skincare enthusiasts seem to know all there is to know about make up, moisturizers, lotions, etc. However, those of us who didn't grow up in a "make-up house", may have a more difficult time getting into the make-up and beauty world. Do I mean that we don't take care of our skin or look naturally beautiful, absolutely not. However, creating a skin care regimen can be a

bit of a challenge.
Although I wasn't into wearing makeup in my younger years, I always wanted to get rid of acne and dark spots from my skin. I wanted to make sure my skin was smooth and had a nice even complexion. I didn't really think about having a facial care routine until I became older. (I guess I always had one because I washed my face and put on lotion in the morning.) However, I realized that my skin was changing, because my diet and lifestyle was also changing.

If you are at the "changing age" and want to focus a little more on your skin, below are some benefits to creating a regimen and tips on how to begin.
